Position : Healthcare Copywriter
Job Description : 250+, that’s the number of associates across Dublin, Hyderabad, East Hanover and Mexico who work together to provide digital and creative support for our customers, enhancing awareness and engagement between HCPs(Health Care Providers) and Novartis brands worldwide.
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
The Pharma Copywriter is responsible for developing ideas and copy that creatively deliver on our clients’ strategies and support their creative tones. They will work in partnership with creative and strategy teams, with the goal of turning complex data into creative concepts and persuasive copy directed at physicians and patients that can be rolled out across all campaign assets – from eDetails through to congress booth design through to social media.Work alongside Art Directors on client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective copy and concepts for projects and creative campaigns; responsible for articulating rationales, overall tone of voice, and core messaging.Interpret, understand, and clarify business needs around copy and messaging in order to produce results best suited to client needs; be innovative in redefining a brief within the constraints of cost and time.Actively explores the Healthcare Marketing arena. Knows what is happening in the therapeutic area of our clients.Work and communicate efficiently as part of an international, multidisciplinary team spanning multiple time zones and supported by vendors across the globe. Write strategic, variable copy that falls within American Medical Association guidelines.Develop core copy and messaging to appeal as necessary to a variety of target audiences including patients, HCPs, sales reps, and Novartis staff.Write copy suitable for digital and print materials (e.g., iPad-based selling aids, applications, websites, emails, banners, brochures, flyers, POS displays) as required. Edit written material and track revisions to provide a final manuscript as the basis for design

Minimum requirements
What You’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in English, writing, communication, marketing, advertising or related fields.Approximately 5+ years’ experience in healthcare advertising agencies.Significant experience working from creative briefs (evaluation through ideation through execution)Significant experience writing clear and engaging copy (portfolio required).Experience working and collaborating in complex matrix environments.Writes clear, cohesive creative copy for multiple channels (print and digital, TV/video, social) Understands how to use and apply medical references and validate ahead of MLR submissions.
