Job Description : Salary Grade: 6 (Starting Salary: $ 36.08 Hourly)
Reports To: Director of TBA – Tenant Based Assistance Department
Position Status: Full Time, Exempt

As a Housing Program Manager, you will manage and support a team of Housing Specialists as they provide customer service to participants in HASCO’s Housing Choice Voucher program which includes determining eligibility for this highly regulated government program. To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience managing a team, communicating with people (staff, clients, and others) in calm or potentially emotionally-charged situations, and preferably be very proficient in Excel as data analysis is important in this role.
As a Housing Program Manager, you will need knowledge of housing policy or the ability to become a subject matter expert in the field of housing policy, and the ability to go with the flow as HASCO is not shy to change. Collaboration with all levels of people will be a daily part of the role.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Work Environment and Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, talk and/or hear. The employee will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision.
Work may be performed at the Main Office or remotely and will be in an indoor, office environment. Incumbent may be required to be available to physically visit the office in Everett, WA, to perform duties or meet with others on the team. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will operate standard office equipment including computers, telephones, and related equipment.
