We all win together.YOUR IMPACTThe Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for the strategy, tactical execution, and project management of internal communications activity for the organization. Additionally, as a cultural change agent, this position will have various roles, leading/planning/supporting, engagement activities via organizational initiatives, special projects or through our Culture Committee.WHAT YOU’LL DOCommunications:Manage the internal communications process and execute the information accurately and timelyManage communications strategy, plan, and execution for all internal initiatives and programsCollaborate with business leaders to understand relevant and timely business updates to support organizational needs and objectivesManage implementation of quarterly all hands meetings held at the Corporate OfficeManage communications email inboxAssist with event photography, posts, etc. for social media platforms and/or career sites as neededEngagement:Participate in Engagement Survey results interpretation, action planning framework and communications, and organizational communication of engagement survey full cycleCo-lead Culture Committee and sub-committees as necessary; manage corporate events calendarAssist in event planning for corporate events to include coordinating stakeholders, logistics, venue, catering, and contracts/proposalsProvide engagement related quarterly metrics/KPIsImplement post-event follow up or surveys as neededQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSBachelor’s degree preferred2+ years’ experience with corporate communications1+ years’ experience with event planningExcellent written/verbal/presentation skills requiredDemonstrated technical aptitude with electronic communication platformsAdvanced Microsoft Suite experienceContent design experience for various media types (print, online, video, etc.)WHO YOU AREHUMBLE: You feel there is always opportunity to further your personal and professional growth.
