Brief about the position / role:
Junior QA’s responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
Roles and Responsibilities
Should be able to perform Ad-hoc testing
Co-ordinate with Development Team to make the work done
Prepare Test data and test environment before test execution
Responsible to assign the issues to the development team on JIRA and track till issue is closed
Identify which module to be tested manual and which need to be automated
Performance testing to be done using JMeter
Should perform API testing Manual and Automation
Prepare Bug report on weekly basics
Should be able to work in flexible timing
Desired Profile
Mandatory experience in Automation testing
Experience in testing both Web and Mobile Application – Android iOS
Good knowledge in identifying Test scenarios and writing Testcases.
Strong experience in Agile Methodology
Strong knowledge about SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
Ability to perform Functional and Regression Testing
Strong knowledge in Non-functional Testing such as load, performance testing using the preferred tool
Expertise in Bug Tracking tool, JIRA
Preferred Selenium, Appium
