Job Description : Riggins Company located in Hampton, Va is currently is search of a “hands on” leader for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candiate will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence by demonstrating leadership in the shop and driving results through collaboration and accountability across the entire organization. This role requires demonstrated experience in driving manufacturing efficiencies by creating a continuous improvement culture that looks at the data daily and acts accordingly. The ideal candidate is driven to create processes in a collaborative manner that achieves the desired level of delivery, throughput, and quality that their customers demand. You will leverage your experience and deliver strong collaborative leadership that garners the respect and admiration of all and delivers resultsResponsibilities· Lead and manage all manufacturing activities that include shop floor control, planning, scheduling, and inventory control.· Identify and enhance current operational processes that produces industry class quality and delivery· Manage operational KPI to ensure adherence to budget and operational goals.· Resolve customer challenges and provide opportunities for improvement across theoperational organization.· Be the “Go to” leader that ensures total customer satisfactionQualifications· 10 – 15 years of executive experience in Manufacturing Operations· Demonstrated record of driving improvements in productivity and quality· Experience leading organizations to the next level by “doing it”· Strong written and verbal and presentation skills· Strong leadership and organizational skills· Coaching and leadership development skills across all portfolios of the businessJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
