We are looking for matchmakers in the South Florida location who are able to come to Miami (33132) No prior experience is required in matchmaking. However, to become the desired candidate, you need to have a passion for connecting the people and driving their bond to success. Furthermore, having life coaching of psychological background will be a plus. We provide free training in matchmaking and life coaching for the desired candidates.You’ll be a crucial part of our world-class matchmakers, who will play the personal dating counselor role by checking and selecting potential matches before introducing them to the clients. Our matchmakers are recognized for their reliability, compassion, and the genuine urge to help clients in finding their true love. If you want to show a big impact on people’s lives, then this role is for you.Matchmaker Will Be Responsible For Following Deliverable: Representing The Club Five Int. as a speaker, networking, and dating expert.Interacting with singles and converting them to desired database members with your interpersonal and professional skills or networksConducting the interviews for the clients Analyze the database of members and differentiate between qualified and unqualified singles. Also, search for new and desired members. Checking and selecting the potential matches from the company database Setting up collaboration with the company’s matchmaker network and finding the desired match for the active clients. Present the matches with our client inappropriate manner Be the supporter for the dates arranged from your end, such as scheduling and reservations. Ability to maintain a desired communication level with every client Get the right feedback for the dates arranged and provide a date coaching session if required. Be a part of company and community events to create brand awareness and find the desired singles to land them as potential matches for clients.The Club Five Int. has a real passion for helping people in finding love, and we take pride in doing what we do.REQUIREMENTS Desired candidates should be motivated, positive, ambitious, confident, and friendly.
