The Assistant Nurse Director Med/Surg will work closely with executive leadership team including both the Director and CNO. This leader will perform supervisory work involving responsibility for maintaining high standards of professional nursing services. The Assistant Nurse Director Med/Surg will review patient survey results to identify feedback, sustain a high-performance environment, and lead targeted improvements to deliver exceptional patient experiences. The Assistant Nurse Director Med/Surg will also be responsible for instructing and assisting the nursing staff and all nursing personal within their assigned departments.
