Job Description : Job DescriptionBlue Zoo has an exciting opportunity and is currently looking for a talented and driven Regional Operations Manager to join our corporate team. With your experience and talents, you’ll be able to lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective.Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within the Family Entertainment Center industry, perhaps having worked your way up through the ranks to your role as an executive. We believe this trajectory helps develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry. We have our eye out for a canidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view.This position can be based out of any of the current locations and will require some travel.Objectives of this RoleCollaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needsTranslate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planningOversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are metEnsure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retentionAdhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessaryDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesAnalyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancementDevelop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEODirectly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near termAggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitabilityMonitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecastingMaintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications5+ years of experience in executive leadership positions in the Family Entertainment Center field.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Experience can be supplemented for a degree on a year for year basis.Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrityUnderstanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issuesA solid grasp of data analysis and performance metricsBe able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issuesBlue Zoo value diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payApplication Question(s):Are you willing to travel roughly 25-50% of your work schedule?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Executive Leadership in Family Entertainment: 5 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
