Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPI’s), including all operational areas. Perform special projects as needed and provide support to the Leadership and management teams. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets for operational areas.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the site, both warehouse/fulfillment, and commissary adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations including State and FDA food safety guidelines and regulations.Provide leadership to all personnel in warehouse/fulfillment commissary and operations.Promote and foster a positive and safe work environment.Responsible for the site budget and financial performance of the commissary and warehouse to meet business and growth targets.Develop and manage critical site metrics to execute YOY improvement goals.Ability to create strong processes and modify existing processes to meet business KPI’s.Ability to take on additional projects as need per direction of owner.You should have a keen ability to perform financial analysis and the experience to oversee the entire site operations of all operational departments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.Ability to handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines.Must be detail-orientedProblem solver, and able to deal with complex situations—Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.Have strong leadership qualities,Operate well within a fluid organization with evolving priorities.$60,000 – $100,000 annually potentialJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Weekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business Strategy & Management Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
