Position : Oral Surgery Front Desk Patient Coordinator
Job Description : – A multi-doctor, multi-office oral surgery practice is seeking a dependable, highly motivated individual to join our practice. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be a team player and be able to work in a busy environment. Prior experience in a dental office is a must, all others need not apply. Working knowledge of dental and medical insurances required. Proficiency in dental practice management software (WinOMS) is essential. Excellent benefits are available. Please send your resume to the attention of the office manager for immediate consideration.Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):- Checking patients in and checking patients out- Answering phones- Scheduling appointments- Verifying insurance benefits to determine the patient’s responsibility- Preparing patient records for the doctor and clinical staff- Collecting and posting payments- Confirming appointments- Submitting dental predeterminationsThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Working an occasional Saturday morning is required.
