Job Description : **UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT** Responsibilities entail:Must have experience handling a multi-line phone systemServing as patients’ first contact representative providing friendly greetings and customer serviceSchedule patient’s appointmentsChecking in and checking out patients, verifying their insurance, and collecting copays.Serving as a communication liaison between clinicians and patients.Fulfilling medical records requests and triaging any other requests appropriately.Requirements:2 years of healthcare representative experienceGED/High school diploma is required, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Glaucoma Consultants of Washington is located in 3 locations: Herndon, Centreville, and Winchester. Applicants must be able to travel according to the given schedule.
