We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Non-Voice Customer Care
We’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
Provide resolution to maintain standards of qualityRecognize trends and patterns and raise issues timelyProvide insights to help improve the support to the usersMaintain a thorough understanding of process and policiesProvide excellent customer service to our customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)Freshers are eligibleProficient in English & Sinhalese– Read/Write/Speak
Preferred qualifications
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skillsProblem solving skills with customer centric approachMust be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
