Job Description : Zinus USA is looking for candidates interested in working in a manufacturing environment.Job: Production OperatorSCHEDULE: Monday – Friday1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm***Overtime is REQUIRED. ALL Employees will be paid time and a half***STARTING HOURLY RATE: Starting at $15-$16Will have* 3,6,9,12 month increase (More than 15% increase throughout the year)**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Preparing Out Cover according to SKU requirements.Properly preparing C-box for distribution which can include taping, packing, wrapping, and applying SKU labels.Calculating the consumption of materials.Utilizing different cutters such as flat, wave, hole.Collaborating with the foaming team regarding the number of necessary supplies.Transporting the damaged product to the Baler area.Maintaining a safe and clean workstation.*ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: *Assumes other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.*PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: *High school diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Skill in using hand and power tools.Excellent verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Good math and written communication skills.Efficient time management skills.*Physical Requirements: *Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to complete daily tasks.Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.*Personal Characteristics: *High energy level, comfortable performing multifaced tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills.Goal and team-oriented working attitude with an open mindset.*BENEFITS: *Medical, Dental, Vision.401k Matching.Paid Time Off.Paid Holidays.Employee Referral Program.About Zinus USA Inc. : Zinus is a rapidly growing eCommerce mattress and furniture company that values and empowers an entrepreneurial spirit in all of our employees.
