Our operations management, engineering, and project management services provide our customers with the value and expertise to ensure operational readiness for complex and mission-critical facilities.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing leadership, management, oversight, and execution of a wide variety of base operation support contract requirements.Will provide technical and professional direction and guidance to the workforce for facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair and minor construction, safety and quality control, and environmental management.Perform Project Management and Project Engineering activities in support of multi-discipline projects under minimal supervision.Develops and implements processes, procedures, and initiatives to effectively and successfully execute contract requirements, monitor progress, enhance performance, and address and resolve performanceEnsuring assigned projects are completed on time, and within approved scope and budget.Maintaining effective communication with the Government, sharing knowledge, demonstrating a business-like concern for the client’s interests, and facilitating program integration.Effective and efficient management and leadership of the contracting organization’s resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract.Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of NIKA.The project manager will have the authority to act on behalf of NIKA on all matters related to the performance of this contract.Monitors all work in-progress and adjusts work and/or sta? to meet variable workloads and/or changes in work and schedules which cannot be accurately predicted.Works closely with staff in developing and implementing strategies, processes, and initiatives in order to achieve customer satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed performance requirements.Required SkillsMinimum of six years managerial experience on base operations support contractsBachelor’s degree from an accredited universityRelevant Experience must be in the last three yearsExperience in minor construction and repair cost estimates preferredExperience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearanceU.S. Citizenship requiredNIKA provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
