Job Description : Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of an Associate Printing Plant Superintendent, the Proofreader generally assists proof work by reading, marking, verifying and comparing proofs with customer content in order to determine content consistency with production processes in the publication of books, brochures, diagrams, documents, envelopes, forms, posters, and other communication material, and following DGS Style Guide to ensure quality product in accordance with job specifications and OSP policies and procedures.
