Job Description : Acquisitions AssociateThe Acquisitions Associate assists the Head of Investments as needed with financial analysis and site visits related to acquisitions and dispositions of all property types.Sources new transactions by building strong relationships with owners and brokers in the real estate industry.Prepares investment committee materials, including detailed underwriting analysis, market research, business plan, and ad hoc analyses as required.Conducts property-level due diligence.Assists with the sourcing of debt financing for acquisitions during the contract period.Works with property management, leasing, asset management, and construction to transition the properties prior to closing.Must be highly skilled in excelJob Type: Full-timePay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
