Position : Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator
Job Description : Recruiting/Onboarding CoordinatorAt COMHAR, it’s our mission to provide health and human services that empower individuals, families and communities to live healthier self-determined lives. We are looking for two Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinators to join our HR team. Each position will be focused on Divisions with a heavy recruitment and onboarding volume. You’ll need to be organized and enjoy working with people to help them get the best candidate experience.Key responsibilities:· Partner with managers and supervisors to successfully implement all stages of the recruitment life cycle using our computerized systems.· Help candidates to navigate recruitment and onboarding process, get to grip with any challenges and offer insight and solutions to keep the process moving.· Represent and promote organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.· Research and identify appropriate traditional and non-traditional recruiting sources build a qualified pool of candidates.· Ensure messaging is appropriate and reaching the intended target applicant pool.· Participate in job fairs, community events and to build awareness and promote career opportunities.· Interviewing & selecting qualified candidates· Utilize talent acquisition technology to build a pipeline of candidates based on the future needs of the organization.· Assures timely forwarding of applications to hiring managers/supervisors and sets up interviews.· Effectively utilize our Paylocity ATS/HR system and use Excel spreadsheets· Provide daily/weekly reports and updates on recruitment activities.· Prepare offer letters ready for final approval and follow up with candidates· Facilitate candidate onboarding experience including proper completion of new hire ‘paperwork’.· Administer reference and background checks and other credentialing action during onboarding.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Manage and monitor the ATS· Assures timely forwarding of applications to hiring managers/supervisors· Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable state and federal laws· Coordinates regular distribution of job vacancy listings· Analyzing the data to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting sources and implementing improved strategies to ensure overall recruitment objectives are met· Provide reporting on recruiting activity and planning.· Screen candidates for the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position· Providing daily/weekly reports and updates on recruitment activities.· Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiativeLocation: 6118 Ross streetJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
