Vice President of Operations is a Remote position
This role will manage 20-25 hotels on the West Coast

What You Will Do:
Execute Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reviews with all assigned hotels in order to discuss monthly performance data and continuously develop and execute strategies to improve performance.
Demonstrate the ability to identify and rectify potential or existing conditions relating to life safety, legal or physical deficiencies.
Responsible for ensuring that property specific compliance requirements are completed including accounting and quarterly reporting of financial statements, also responsible for supporting both internal and external counsel, accountants and other consultants in property specific issues that may occur.
Participate in the annual review process for all property executive committee l evel management positions and ensure that that the individual associate performance and contribution to our success is properly documented and/ or performance improvement plans are in place.
Execute in person property visits and performance reviews for each assigned asset no less than 4 times a year; however, property needs may require additional or more frequent visits.
Produce both written and oral reviews of individually assigned hotels outlining recent performance results, current performance trends, future financial forecast and key objectives and performance improvement strategies.
Develop and implement property & regional level ROI projects including operations focused capital projects that enhance property valuations.
Participate in all QA inspections for assigned properties and ensure the interest of the ownership and manager is represented and our capital investment & product positioning strategies are properly communicated, also responsible for the completion of all agreed to performance objectives and action plans that are produced through the QA process.
