Our client, an international healthcare organization is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work in the comfort of your own home while helping others navigate their insurance benefits.
Job Details for the Call Center Representative:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM
Pay Rate:$18-20/hour
Full-Time: Temp to Perm
***6 week Required Paid Training – NO PTO DURING TRAINING***
Job Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls and emails from members and clients regarding their plan documents, benefits and claims
Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues and accurately enters the data into the appropriate documentation system.
Routes calls and emails to appropriate person.
Provides timely and thorough follow up with, internal and external customers.
Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
Maintains call quality standards as outlined
Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters.
Job Requirements of the Call Center Representative:
One year of professional, high-volume, customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
Must have a private work area and internet access through an Ethernet cable
Must be comfortable being on the phone 80% of your shift
