Job Description : RemX has partnered with a client in Conshohocken, PA to find a remote Corporate Recruiter to join their team. Training would be for 2 weeks in the office then it will be remote except for 1 day in the office per month. Qualified candidates with at least 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment are encouraged to apply.Remote Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities: Create an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to job offerPartner with Managers and Hiring Managers to understand positionsUtilize tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacanciesCommunicate effectively and proactively through the recruitment processBuild and maintain manageable talent pools in software systemsAnalyze data and implement process improvements across the recruitment functionScreen, interview, and prepare candidates with appropriate and consistent timelineFoster and manage effective relations with stakeholdersIntegrate diversity, equality, and inclusion approach and knowledge in recruitmentRemote Corporate Recruiter Requirements: Previous full cycle recruiting experienceMust have experience with high-volume recruiting (sales associates, warehouse, and customer service)Experience working with an ATSExcellent communication and organization skills are a mustJob Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you able to train in the Conshohocken, PA office for 2 weeks then return to the office once every month for meetings?Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:YesWork Location: One location
