We are looking to fill these positions immediately with individuals seeking to become a strong, positive role model in our Colorado youth! Work with at-risk youth ages 7 to 18 to assist them in reintegrating into the community!
**Experience as a treatment counselor in the mental health / human services arena a plus**
Specific Duties Include:
Behavior management
Implement and maintain structure within the program and create/follow a routine
Provide intensive supervision, documentation, and organization
Utilize strong verbal de-escalation and positive strong boundaries
Basic meal preparation and light housekeeping
Conduct daily room inspections and15-minute bed checks with a focus on safety and security
Transport clients to and from school, activities, appointments, etc.
Attend treatment team and required trainings
Shifts:
Overnights: Saturday-Tuesday or Tuesday-Friday
Days: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
Part time float positions are also available (may require travel to all locations)

Compensation:
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $18.50-$25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
Compensation is based on location/shift:
Littleton, Centennial, Longmont: Starting wage $18.50
Thornton & Commerce City: Starting wage at $19.00
All Overnight Treatment Counselors: Starting wage $22.00

. Requirements:
Applicants must be professional
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years experience working with the youth
Must be at least 23 years of age (will consider 21 years of age)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must hold a valid Colorado driver’s license or have the ability to obtain one.
Due to the short length of stay for these clients, mastery of direct care skills are a must.
