As we continue to see growth, we are hiring several Route Sales Professionals for Northwest Ohio.We are seeking an individual with a skill set that can embrace and thrive in a sales environment to represent and sell the best brands of snack food in the industry. We expanding our customer-focused sales team by seeking a Route Sales Associate to work out of our area warehouse.Salary is commission based with exceptional earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Route Sales Professional (RSP) in their role as the sole and primary regular sales contact to all customers within an assigned territory. Visit customers on a regular basis to sell and perform sales-related activities.Work closely with RSPs in assessing on-site product inventory maintained by retail customers. Determine purchase quantities and varieties of product necessary to maximize selling opportunities.Assist in pulling, receiving, and displaying products. Learn rotation, display, and product mix techniques to ensure end consumer appeal.Assist RSPs in assessing potential display and product locations. In conjunction with the RSP, engage store decision makers and offer recommendations to increase ROI by displaying a full line of products.Learn to utilize selling required techniques to introduce new product line to new and current customers.Provide support to RSPs to the extent they actively search, solicit, and develop new customer accounts within an assigned territory.Learn ordering system and product identifying codes to assist the RSP with sales orders and end of day procedures.Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to safely operate a cube-style or box van.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $75,000.00 per yearExperience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
