Job Description : Introduction:
We are looking for a high quality candidate to join our team. The role requires someone with extensive business knowledge, analytical and relationship skills, strategic mindset and programme management discipline to help drive the build-out of the function as well as support the broader department and organisation objectives.
This is a challenging role requiring the successful individual to partner, coordinate and drives progress across global teams and different business areas as well as partner closely with key stakeholders and colleagues around the firm. This also presents an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation and business area and play an active part in driving the long-term development of the function in an area that is key to the future success of the financial services sector and at the heart of industry development and regulatory focus.
What we’re looking for:
At least 5 year’s experience as a scrum master
Experience in the field of financial/banking applications on large complex projects/programs
Experience of working on agile projects and deliveries
Strong technical knowledge
Experience in Kanban framework.
Modern application design using micro-services and use of CI/CD tools such as GIT, JIRA/Jenkins
Excellent facilitation and communication skills for the Product Owner and the team
Possess keen sense of urgency and the ability to work with distributed teams
Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills
Exposure to project management
