We represent the “How” in everything we do, we strive to be the new positive impact in the things we do and we are looking for people that follow through, take initiative and excel in communicating.Pay and Benefits: Pay: $20+/hrMedical InsuranceDental InsurancePTO leaveJob Scope:Effectively communicate with clients, visitors, guest and fellow team members.Write daily watch highlights.Investigate incidents and complete incident reports.Manage lost and found program.Conduct mobile and foot patrols of property and designated areas.Follow company standard operating proceduresQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for non-driving and 21 years of age for driving positionsPositive attitude takes pride in themselves and their profession.Takes initiative and follows through on taskPossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective mannerValid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying.As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local lawsFor Driving Positions must be 21 years of age, Current state driver’s license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required.Display exceptional customer service and communication skillsHave intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAbility to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyAble to:Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain or heatOccasionally lift or carry up to 40 poundsClimb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shiftStand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of timeSchedule:8 hour shiftsDay shiftsSwing shiftsNight shiftsCOVID-19 considerations:All federal, state and local COVID-19 protocols are strictly enforced to ensure the safety of our employees.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
