Our seafood is fresh off the boat and prepared with Aloha.We are seeking EXPERIENCED servers for lunch and dinner services at our Pearlridge location. We are looking for someone who is punctual, hard working, clean, and has a positive attitude. Candidates must have a great understanding of hospitality and teamwork.Essential Server FunctionsPreps section and readies for serviceGuides each guest through the menu, offering suggestions that cater to the guests needs or that feature what we do bestBe mindful and ensure that each order sent to the kitchen takes into account any dietary or allergy restrictionsPace each course and keep lines of communication open with the kitchen chef or expediterRead each table and guest and anticipate their needsPerform table maintenance by clearing courses as necessary; replacing utensils; ensuring water glasses stay full; being present and aware in order to assist with any spills or special requestsDeliver check and process payment in a timely manner, thank guests and ask that they returnParticipate in running sidework throughout the shift, running food or drinks, assisting in pre-bussing tables, sweeping floors, helping teammates”Benefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligibleHours per week:10-1930-39Work RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePhysical Setting:Casual dining restaurantSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:TipsExperience:Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
