Job Description : Shelter program hourly staff needed for expanding unhoused shelter.We are hiring for several shifts: 6am-1pm,- shifts are available 7 days a week.The Lodge is a 24/7 shelter for women and transgender individuals. We provide a safe and inviting place to rest, work on personal goals, learn new skills, and relax while getting out of the elements. We provide three meals a day, case management and various classes throughout the week.Job Description:To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests while also maintaining the facility.Job Duties:Wake guests up in a timely and kind manner,Serve breakfast and clean up.Cleaning the facility, ensuring guests do daily choresEnsure guests are not in off limit areas or damaging property/buildingEnsuring the guests safety and integrity.Provide information and guidance to guests about resources they might need to start their day.Help serve lunch and clean up.Clean any areas when necessary, assuring all areas are always clean.Assist CM/Managers/Volunteers as neededApplicants with lived experience in homelessness, addiction, or domestic violence strongly encouraged to apply, as are applicants who identify as LGBTQ+ or BIPOC.”Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:We require all staff and guests to wear a mask at all times, cleaning is ongoing throughout the day to prevent any sicknessLicense/Certification:form of identification (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
