Position : Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description : The primary responsibility of the Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator is to implement and coordinate marketing tactics by using multiple social media channels and our website to grow, maintain and monitor our online presence. The Social and Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute creative design solutions. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and analyzing results with the expectation of making recommendations for improvements.*This is NOT a remote position.RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPECreate, update and maintain postings on several social media platforms.Prepare printed materials ranging from catalogs, brochures, datasheets and advertisements.Maintain design elements on digital platforms such as websites and social media.Stay up to date on emerging digital and social trends and best practices.Manage a timeline to ensure content is relevant and within project deadlines.Use web analytics tools to measure campaign success and improve user engagement.Works with vendors/other parties to execute projects/deliverables.Works within a budget to complete assigned projects or work.Duties are performed under general supervision and established guidelines with opportunity to act independently on assigned tasks.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in related fieldExperience engaging online communities.Experience using analytics and scheduling tools to effectively drive resultsExperience designing, creating, writing, proofreading and editing marketing materials.This is an entry to mid-level position.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCECreative, outside-the-box thinker and problem solver.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Solid knowledge of word processing, database management and spreadsheet softwareExperience with email marketing systems such as MailChimp.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $43,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic Design: 1 year (Required)Social Media Management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
