Job Description : We are seeking Solar Installers to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on our clients’ rooftops and helping reduce their carbon footprints. You will be expected to work hard, but also work well with others and provide superior customer service at all times.Responsibilities:Use tools and materials to install solar panels.Read manufacturer’s instructions and follow them in order to avoid mistakes.Determine which areas of the sun are best for optimal placement of solar panels from an environmental perspective.Install solar panels.Wear a safety harness during the installation phase with minimum safety requirements.Install solar panels on roofs.Read manufacturer’s instructions and follow them in order to avoid mistakes.Communicate with other installers and support staff.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Construction: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
