Become a part of our awesome team!Position Summary: As a critical member in an FDA regulated industry, the Training Coordinator is ultimately responsible for accurately maintaining training records and ensuring all employees are in compliance with individual training requirements (Federal, State, and Local requirements). The Training Coordinator is also a key element in the development of training programs designed to develop and foster a Continuous Improvement culture within our organization.Essential Functions: Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and moreDesign and develop training programsSelect appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessionsConduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressedUse known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniquesDesign, prepare and order educational aids and materialsAssess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIsGather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational sessionPartner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional designMaintain updated curriculum database and training recordsHost train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter expertsManage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipmentResearch and recommend new training methodsEducation & Experience: Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience2 years experience in a training rolePrevious GMP experience preferredHands-on experience with LEAN tools (Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, etc.) is preferredSkills: Strong Organizational SkillsVerbal and written Communication SkillsStrong attention to detailA Coaching or Mentoring method of communicationStrong ability to admit to and learn from mistakesJob Requirements: Willingness to be based at the company’s physical location near Austin, Texas areaWillingness to work over standard 40-hour work week as necessary to drive resultsEmployee Benefits: Paid Time OffCompetitive CompensationPaid HolidaysHealthcare insuranceDental and Vision insuranceLife Insurance401(K) retirement program with company matchHSA (Healthcare spending or reimbursement account)Employee product discountsA great company culture with a teamwork attitudeExcellent managers who really care about their staffJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
