We are looking for qualified team members to help us build the most advanced mobile platforms in the world.This is a unique position for people who are technically oriented and love working with their hands on challenging and rewarding projects.We are looking for motivated, qualified, detail oriented & experienced technicians to join our growing team!Responsibilities: · Install components on multiple vehicle types· Work with and cut wood, formica, and other materials· Vehicle tear down and reassembly· Maintain the highest upfit build quality· Maintain an organized, neat and safe bay· Maintain shop safety and cleanliness· Other duties as assigned by supervisorWhat you Need for this Position: · Wood working experience required· Comfortable with safe use of hand and power tools (i.e., Table Saw, Router, Drill Press, Sanding equipment, Jigsaw, etc.)· Strong understanding of measurements in all units· Extremely detailed oriented, efficient, and organized· Good team worker, enjoys working independently or on a two person team· Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to chest level· Follow all OSHA, EPA Safety Rules and Procedures, as instructed· Able to correctly identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during installs and take appropriate actions to complete installs in a timely fashion· Maintain a clean, safe, and efficiently organized workstation· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently· Able to follow verbal and written directions and switching tasks as needed to meet deadlines· Previous upfit on vehicles or marine vessels a plus· Adhere to all health regulations and utilize all safety equipment.· Mandatory background and drug screening is requiredWhat’s in it for You: · Competitive hourly wage or salary· Full benefits: medical, dental, vision· STD· Voluntary LTD and Life Insurance· 401(k)· Paid Time Off (PTO)· Paid holidays· Employee DiscountsWhen you apply tell us about your interests and or applicable hobbies you have.Job Type: Full-timeRequired education:· High school or equivalentRequired experience:Relevant industry experience: 3 yearsPay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourMust Be US CitizenJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
