We are seeking a motivated and polished sales executive with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to build strong customer relationships directed toward growing market share, revenue, and profitability, consistent with strategic business goals.We are a healthy and growing entrepreneurial consumer products company with an extensive portfolio of licensed brands, selling and distributing to every major retail chain and e-commerce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with drive and a desire to grow in their career to join a great team and advance your career!Responsibilities and DutiesProspect new opportunities and grow account relationshipsMeet and exceed sales budgetsWork with internal team to sell excess goods, thinking creatively and “outside the box”Work with retail partners to develop our brands and presence including product positioning, placement, pricing and promotionsExperience1-3 years experience required with proven track record – added bonus if within the Domestics, Juvenile or Bath departmentsAbility to work as a team and independently, under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities accordinglyQualifications and SkillsMust be a creative thinker, fast learner, polished, self-starter, relationship builder, and possess the ability to open and develop new accountsStrong interpersonal, written and presentation skills with a positive “can do, go get’em” attitudeExcellent organizational skillsAbility to drive sales with a team in the Southern NJ headquartersBachelors Degree or substantive work experienceComputer proficiencyUp to 50% travelCompensation· $65,000 – $90,000 based on proven experience(Applicants not supplying salary requirements will not be considered)· Bonus opportunities· Competitive medical/401K packageEmployment TypeFull-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
