Position : Administrative Assistant – Property Management

Job Description : This is a key frontline support position for our rental property department that must maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and problems with speed, efficiency and professionalism. Other responsibilities are to perform data entry, use multiple software programs with excellent computer skills, time management and communication abilities.**Bonus: If you are interested in growing a career in real estate, this is a great start to becoming a licensed real estate professional. We are a full service brokerage with opportunities in careers managing rental properties, HOA’s, sales, and more.**A primary goal of this role is to provide backup support for general department functions, answering incoming calls, and assisting staff with overflow work and projects.Duties to include:· Communicate in a professional manner with residents, staff, and vendors.· Answer questions from the public and customers with utmost efficiency· Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization· Assist in office functions including but not limited to preparing documents, advertising materials, scheduling, property inspections, issuing notices, record keeping, etc.Requirements:· Work well under deadlines, with ability to change priorities as work demands· Must be organized & willing to go the extra mile as needed· Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy· Strong time management skills ability to multitask· Willing and able to work as a team· Ability to work quickly but accurately· Strong customer service and communication skills a calm demeanor· Have a great attitude & pleasant personality· Reliable transportation, drivers license, and clean driving recordExperience:· Working knowledge of digital document management, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, data management, and other general office software / practices.· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices· Experience in hotel or real estate preferred, but not required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 2 years (Required)Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location
