For more information about our great organization please visit by clicking HEREHow to be Successful in the Role: You will be supervising a crew of five to eleven in fire investigation and code education and enforcement professionals, and be responsible for keeping the team motivated and operating as a top notch fire prevention bureau and deliver superb customerservice one person at a time. You will need a natural ability to establish and maintain relationships with communities and a strong ability to educate and inspire trust.As a condition of employment, the applicant will need to authorize and complete a background check. Information received from the background check is reviewed case-by-case and will not necessarily remove an applicant from consideration.Position SummaryCore Daily Responsibilities: *Supervises, coordinates, trains, assigns work, and evaluates employee performance and activities of Bureau staff.Supervise the daily activity of field staff for fire inspections of new construction, fire inspections existingbusiness and fire investigation of fires.Participate in ongoing training and current activations of emergency management.Performs as liaison to other agencies and organizations.
