Job Description : Role:The Office Manager position provides organization and oversight of the business office operations for clients, the public, collaterals, and the employees of Trinity Care Services. The Office Manager is a highly visible employee who often serves as a first point of contact for anyone engaging with the agency. The Office Manager must be highly skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing, while demonstrating consistently pleasant, professional, and courteous behaviors. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.Minimum Qualifications:A high school diploma or GED is requiredOne-year full time behavioral health experience, or18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health, completed no more than four years before the date the individual begins providing behavioral health services and two years of full-time behavioral health work experience: orTwo years of full-time behavioral health work experienceJob Description Assess emerging operational crisis and inform supervisors as needed.Serve as first point of contact for employees and individuals we serve.Create staff schedules.Create monthly calendars for clients and curriculums for staff.Participate in and prepare for meetings as directed.Participate in local marketing initiatives.Weekly supervision with staff and performance evaluations.Participate in quality assurance initiatives.Coordinate monthly in-services trainings.Participate in interviewing job applicants.Oversee clients’ charts and ensure they are always up to date.Review and approve daily notes.Oversee daily service activity logs.Collect and calculate weekly billing units.Conduct routine fire and other emergency drills. * Intervention crisis at any given setting like offices, educational institutes, clinics, and homes.Develop professional skills through workshops, educational seminars, and self-studying to preserve new knowledge needed for the profession.Provide behavior management in a consistent manner in accordance with BGAZ policy and procedures.Present himself/herself in a professional, appropriate attire according to the daily activities.Ensure compliance with all re-certifications, education and supervision requirements are met to ensure personnel completeness.Admissions intake and paperwork, as neededReview the instructions of the therapist.Be a team playerOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding social service provision, reporting requirements, data practices and client rights.Prior experience serving the public and individuals from a wide range of cultural, socioeconomic, and health backgrounds is a must.Knowledge of community resources including functions of other social service agencies.Computer literacyFluent in EnglishAdaptable in natureSkill in consultation, problem solving and coordination of service delivery.Skills in providing support to individuals and groups.Ability to prioritize work.Ability to develop and maintain effective professional work relationships.Ability to tolerate high levels of stress.Prior experience in an office setting preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $43,200.00 – $64,800.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceMedical Specialty:PsychiatrySchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayLicense/Certification:BCBA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
