Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in HR policies and practices and applicable state and federal employment laws (e.g. FMLA, ADA).
Experience with case management and customer client support within People Operations/HR.
Experience in record-keeping and maintaining relevant documentation in internal systems.

Preferred qualifications:

HR/Benefits certifications (e.g. CPDM, CCM, SHRM, PHR, CEBS).
Experience engaging in the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Experience in partnering with and influencing clients, partners, service providers, and taking a data-driven and consultative approach.
Knowledge in assisting employees to help resolve benefits and payroll issues.
Ability to work with stakeholders and leaders to present and clarify concerns regarding an existing project, program, or solution.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $107,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned service targets by identifying opportunities to improve and scale HR and Benefits policies and practices.
Leverage feedback from clients/businesses to make improvements to workstreams and deliverables, and addressing needs before they are raised.
Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with customers and collaboration with partner support.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to collect information, implement leave or accommodations as defined by global policies.
Manage employee, HR, and manager contacts to review leave and accommodations requests.
