Job Description : The Customer Success Engineering team has an opening for an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator who will support the Marvel + Global team based in Redmond, WA within the E+D Business Group.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to anticipate the administrative needs of a diverse organization. The position requires collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with great attention to detail. You will interact with all levels of employees, including executives, external partners and new hires.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide team support for the Redmond Marvel + Global (MG) team including:
Coordinate onboarding for new hires in Redmond. Initiate and manage hardware orders for team members and new hires.
Maintain a hardware inventory of assets and peripherals
Assist with Vendor/Partner management, including creation of vendor accounts, purchase orders and maintaining vendor contracts.
Work closely with the MG lead EA to track and manage current/future space allocation, as well as plan and coordinate office moves; assist with special projects as assigned; and participate in divisional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Provide proactive group support when needed, including coordination of group meetings, understanding, tracking, and closely monitoring operating budget expenses.
Partner with the Customer Success Engineering Administrative team to ensure all administrative procedures unique to CSE are handled as required and that all group support is running smoothly.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
3+ year(s) Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Excellent organizational, analytical, project management, and interpretation skills
Exercise sound judgement, tact, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Excellent customer service skills: ability to accommodate different work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals
Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and think creatively in solving team problems/issues
Ability to set and prioritize one’s own work agenda with little to no supervision and drive team progress in key areas in a busy environment
Demonstrated capability to change direction and re-prioritize in response to changing work situations and maintain composure
Proficiency in MS products including Teams, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of internal Microsoft systems such as Employee Central, HRInsights, HeadTrax, iCIMS, and MS Expense is preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to work onsite at least 50% of the time and as required for team events.
