Job Description: Under the Digital Banking team that oversees Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening and Company’s Website.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems and business processes.
Review business and application processes to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce costs.
Creates test plans and conducts testing for application software or database changes and/or new releases.
This also includes business requirements gathering, data analysis, project management, and other key responsibilities to support the business process and technology advancement of branch transformation, customer relationship management, and sales/marketing initiatives.
