Job Description : Brothers BBQ is looking for a Caterer! We are searching for someone with both weekday and weekend availability. Looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who will provide exceptional levels of service to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner.Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to signing up quickly for jobs via the Catering Google Calendar, prepping sauces, dressings, desserts etc. Delivering and setting up catering orders per company guidelines, serving delicious BBQ and beverages, interacting with customers, on-site grilling, breaking down and cleaning up events, lifting tables and equipment, loading/unloading and driving our Catering Vans, assisting the catering coordinators with a variety of tasks around the office including order prep and cleaning.We are looking for someone who is both proactive and responsive with initiative and able to problem solve when challenges arise. Must have flexible and “day of” availability as most catered events take place at different times during the week and over the weekends. Must be able to work holidays (other than Christmas) and holiday weekends. Must have access to a personal vehicle, a clean driving record and be able to start immediately!Compensation is based primarily on gratuities and our caterers earn an average of $25 to $30 per hour. The amount of hours a caterer can expect to work each week is typically between 10 and 20. The more flexibility you have and willingness to pick up a variety of events, including last minute events, will dictate how many hours are available per week.
