Job Description : CFO/CEO$250K – $300K + BonusPrestigious global leading Wholesale and Licensing (Fashion/Accessories) conglomerate has immediate opening for entrepreneur seeking 7+ years combination CEO/CFO with hands on and management expertise overseeing budget, strategic planning/initiatives, forecasting, treasury functions as well as all corporate reporting, FP&A as well as entire efficiencies performance/functions. Act as strategic business partner and advisor to senior executive leadership team. Responsible for implementing board approved policies, procedures and strategic plans to carry out the mission and achieve the organizations vision. Responsible for operational decision making and ensuring the quality of services on a day to day basis. Report directly to CEO with wide responsibility for entire financial function. Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization. Ability to improve efficiencies as well as internal control’s. Communicate and develop banking relationships. Handle overall direction of the firm as it relates to strategic planning and the coordination of business initiatives. Responsible for budget, strategic planning, forecasting, variance analysis as well as full responsibility for sales revenue, profitability and trend analysis. Analyze expenses throughout the firm and ability to interface with technology team. Identify and manage business risks as well as ensuring all policies and procedures are updated and adhered to. Prepare reports for board of director meetings. Focus on business initiatives with the ability to handle strategic and operational decisions. Act as solutions, process improvement and troubleshooting expert. Analyze treasury/cash flow functions. Responsible for financial modeling to analyze financial position and results. Work closely with outside auditors. Ability to analyze P&L and cost saving initiatives. Must have strong communication, presentation, writing and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate with board of directors. Any understanding of factoring, risk and the ability to interpret ROI a plus. Responsible for overseeing inventory and warehouse operational functions. Any experience dealing with China as it relates to production, wholesaling and importing. CPA and/or MBA a plus. Microsoft Suite. Any ERP systems a plus.
