Position : Clerk Accounting Full time Hybrid-Remote- Accounts payable ( 40 hours week)

Job Description : Position Description:
The Accounting Clerk has responsibility for clerical support of the Accounting department. The primary functions of the position are data entry, filing, report distribution and document processing. The Clerk works independently under the guidance of the Accounts Payable Manager. The clerk has indirect access to confidential financial information and System funds.
Required experience:
Accounting knowledge as would be gained from one year of bookkeeping coursework required. One year of recent comparable work experience is required.
Excel, Must have typing/keyboard skills at 35 correct words per min.
Preferred experience:
Previous experience with integrated, automated Accounting system is preferred. Oracle preferred. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
