Job Description
Key areas of responsibilities
Build, manage and troubleshoot Vmware ESXi Hypervisor and Vmware Cloud.
Monitor and manage all hosted servers within AWS Cloud environment that includes Windows and Linux.
Day to day Maintenance and troubleshooting of Vmware and AWS infrastructure.
Monitor alerts and take necessary actions.
Isolating problems to application, server, network or firewall.
Review change request and be a change management coordinator/analyst
Respond and resolve Incidents and Service Request as per SLA.
On call support on rotation basis (9-to-9)
Nice to have – working experience of Terraform and Salt
Experience and Qualification
BE/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/SW/Electronics/ with 4-6 years of experience in System Administration.
Experience in managing Vmware ESXi and VMC is must.
Experience in managing Windows and AWS.
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure & Application monitoring tools.
Experience with orchestration/provisioning solutions
Experience in scripting languages would be added advantage (Powershell, Python or similar).
Experience with information and application security including public key encryption, SSH, access credentials.
