Job Description : Community Association Management company seeks an assistant association manager to support all aspects of this small but growing company. Work in a friendly environment that has flexibility for remote work and hours. Ideal candidate will:· Handle resident calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.· Compose written notices and correspondence, following up as necessary.· Use Microsoft Word, Excel and property management software to produce reports.· Possess a working knowledge of basic bookkeeping, budgeting and financials.· Process checks and code invoices with accuracy.We will train you on our management software and pay for educational development in the HOA industry if so desired. Depending on your abilities and interest, we can send you out to our communities to inspect properties, paying mileage. As an employee, your job will be to promote and enhance resident relations. This job can lead advancement towards a CMCA designation (Certified Manager of Community Association).
