Job Description : *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assignedUtilize line efficiency data to target areas of production improvementLead Root Cause Failure AnalysesExecute continuous improvement projectsParticipate in operational meetings as a team memberFacilitate standardization of production routines through One Point Lessons and trainingAuditing and tracking of CI tools on the plant floorExecute Kraft Heinz Management System activitiesAll other duties as assigned by supervisor/managerPotential for up to 4 direct reportsSAFETY AND QUALITYMaintain safety and quality awareness of team around line or process machinery.Understand HACCP principles to ensure food safety.Maintain a clean work area, adhere to all GMP’s and safety policies such as LO/TO and Personal Protective EquipmentResponsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs.Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards, injuries/illnesses, and other losses to supervisors.MORALEMotivate production associates at all levelsInstill a continuous improvement mindset in all employeesSCHEDULE12 hours/day Monday – Thursday OR12 hours/day Friday – SundayQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
