Coordinator/Desk Admin (RACF)
Contract through 2/27/2023
Start out training on-site then will transition to 90% remote.
Needs to be in Atlanta area.
No desktop support experience is needed. Someone that has previously been in a coordinator role or admin assistant could do well in this role. This person would be a facilitator. They might be submitting tickets to have a RACF ID created or submitting tickets to make sure a device is being provisioned, etc. Someone that is organized and can facilitate.

RACF Admin put in request to provision user id/login ID, access to workstation open/shipped
Responsibilities:
Responsible for provisioning/de-provisioning Network access to applications, infrastructure and operating systems utilizing the “Access Request System” as per established Policy, Standards and procedures.
Responsible for submitting requests utilizing the “Service Now” system for applications not found in the “Access Request System as per established Policy, Standards and procedures.
Review identity and access mapping of internal teammates.
Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets via the “Trackit” Monitoring System to ensure timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by Service Level Agreements.
Well versed with following processes: New Hire On-Boarding, Employee Off-Boarding, Department Transfers, Access Remediation, Privileged Access and Access Modifications.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other IT Partners, Liaisons, teams, vendors or teammates users in diagnosing and resolving access issues.
Work closely with the “IT Support Desk” to assist in support issues related to access standings.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with end users while delivering superior customer service.
Collaborate with the SharePoint Techs, CIB SUAG and Business Management on SharePoint Form and Role creation and maintenance.
Must Haves / Required Skills:
Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft business application: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat (attachments).
Active Directory and SCCM
Access Provisioning
Be able to navigate SharePoint (forms).
Good written and verbal skills to work with the user community to provide instructions and support and comprehend instructions and provide instructions to LOB managers and Liaisons.
