Position : Coordinator, Influencer Marketing – Remote Optional
Job Description : We are currently seeking a passionate coordinator to join our influencer team within our growing communications and connections group.As a member of the influencer team, this person will be the day-to-day contact for questions regarding influencer content and ownership, as well as product inventory. Additionally, this role will contribute to the development and education of the greater team by identifying cultural trends and shaping our best practices.The successful candidate will work closely with the larger influencer team as well as social, PR, media and creative teams.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and capture live influencer content for current campaignsStore and organize influencer assets in company cloud storageTrack content ownership and usage rightsManage physical inventory of influencer product and coordinate shippingVet and identify potential influencers for brand campaignsConduct research to assist with proposals, presentations, pitches and/or reportsParticipate in meetings and help provide detailed recapsAll other responsibilities as assignedExperience & SkillsGreat written and verbal communications skillsCollaborative but capable of working independently when neededThe ability to think strategically and manage large cloud storage systemsAn aptitude for being organized and flexible and for delivering results in a fast-paced environmentA bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMMI Agency provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
