Job Description : Job DescriptionOverview:The Crew Scheduler accurately schedules, monitors, and provides efficient customer service to the Pilots and Flight Attendants, ensuring adequate crewing of flights while maintaining operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Assigns all open flying to crew members while adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), and company policy.Reschedules or assigns crews to flights based on Management direction to ensure operational reliability.Interacts with Flight Operations and Inflight crew members to communicate scheduling requirements.Books crew travel and provides confirmation of bookings to crew members.Schedules, modifies, and confirms crew lodging requirements. Coordinates timely ground transportation for crew members to/from hotel and airports.Monitors all crew and pairing to ensure legality and efficiency.May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change if necessary to maintain operational efficiency.Qualifications:Previous crew scheduling or airline experience a plusCollege degree preferred, but not required1+ years of customer service experience.Great customer service skills working with internal and external customers.Must be able to successfully complete technical training program.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members in a demanding, high-stress environment.Must be able to learn, comprehend, and accurately apply FAR regulations to ensure compliance with crew member regulatory duty and rest rules.Able to learn and efficiently use crew scheduling and reservation software.Must possess superior communication and operational resolution skills with management, crews and other team members.Must be a quick thinker and be able to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, operational environment.Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and in writing.”Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $32,000.00 – $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callWeekend availabilityWork Location: Multiple Locations
