Job Description : The Company: Gastokyle IncJob Title: Customer Service and Supply Chain Specialist Classification: Full-timePay: $48K-$60K depending on experienceLocation: Ontario, CAKey Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for customer service, answering pre-sales customer questions, after-sales customer feedback, and establishing a communication bridge between customers and the company;2. Responsible for e-commerce self-delivery related matters, including warehouse product confirmation and inspection, packaging reinforcement, labeling, issuance of after-sales cards, etc.;3. When e-commerce customers and returns are opened, responsible for counting the quantity, confirming whether the product status can be re-sold, etc., and disposing of defective products according to the instructions of the company;4. Responsible for confirming the cause of defective products, timely feedback to the company through video or pictures, etc., to assist the company to improve the product quality;5. Perform sales and inventory statistics, timely feedback sales and inventory status, and submit sales and inventory reports to the company monthly;6. Other job-related duties as assigned by the company.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities1. Experience: A candidate for the position must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in interactions, which will aid in the accurate conveyance of information, leading to smooth execution of duties.3. MS Office: Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.4.
