Job Description : Customer Service / Inventory Support SpecialistPart-Time:MON TUE WED THU FRI 11:00 am-4:00pmUp to 25 hours/week- $20 per hour + benefitsOVERVIEW:Working as Part-Time Customer Service/Inventory Support Specialist, you will facilitate the movement of medical products through the distribution facility to distributor branches and customer hospital locations. In this position you will be performing receiving, packaging, inventory, picking, sorting, and shipping out all products through our inventory software systems.RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:o Pulling orders, packaging product, sorting, and delivering shipments from carriers.o Receiving, moving, handling and stocking product from US/International locations.o Operating computer programs, scanners and printers to label producto Using a scale for weighing producto Complying with safety regulations/ FDA guidelines for medical productsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:o Proficient written and oral communication skillso Proficient computer skillso Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service orientedo Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgencyo Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skillso Willingness and ability to work a flexible scheduleo Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworko Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbso Ability to pass the required drug screen and background checkPREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:o Prior experience or knowledge with inventory medical managementABOUT US:Sutter Medical Technologies USA is a medical device company that focuses solely on electrosurgical devices.
