Job Location: College Park, GA
Due to tremendous growth, we have multiple positions and various FULL-TIME & PART-TIME shifts available for our Customer Service Operations Specialist (Customs Entry Processor) role supporting our Customs Brokerage department.

Available shifts Monday – Friday from 7am – 9pm!
As a Customs Service Operations Specialist (Customs Entry Processor), you will be responsible for ensuring customs documentation is correctly filed into our DHL system on behalf of our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Entering customer shipment documentation data into our DHL systems
Ensuring all data is properly completed and/or uploaded in an accurate and timely fashion Working closely with customers to obtain missing information regarding their shipments Responding quickly to customer inquiries and escalations
Proactively troubleshooting service issues and monitoring progress until issue is resolved, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Maintaining positive and professional customer relationships, both internally within the DHL network, as well as with external customers.
Completing additional tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks Proven analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work with demanding deadlines Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and web-based applications Good planning and organizational skills
