Job Description : Customer Service Representative – GovernmentFull-TimeHourly; 40 hours/weekGeneral Description:Responsible for sales and contracts administration for all government related and service center customers.Duties:Process all government customer purchase orders in ERP systemEnsure that current policies on pricing, discounts and products are fully complied with in quotations, including Non-Standard process, GSA Contract requirements, etc.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding pricing, product & availabilityCreate delivery notes & invoicing for orders related to your customer baseAssist customers with information regarding their purchase orders with the companyAssist Contracts Director with all contracting modifications on customer orders under your controlEnsure that all requirements and governmental terms are met in delivering the product as specified per the contractManage on-line third-party customer Invoicing portals (Exostar, WAWF)Create/maintain monthly reports & metricsMaintain files on customer orders, data entry, filing and other clerical dutiesComply with SDS Inc procedures and policiesComply with SDS Inc Security requirementsEducation, Background, Knowledge, SkillsBachelor’s Degree in a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar roleGovernment contracts experience preferredKnowledge of governmental contracts and terms, ability to track requirements on orders and comply with FARS and DFARSExperience with wide area workflow (WAWF), Exostar and GSA advantage a plusAbility to work in a self-directed environmentMS Office and standard business software toolsJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
